Subject: [RC]   Laying the horse down...as a trick

Curious as to how you go about laying all these horses down and pin them.
Seems a bit daunting at the least and risky for a leg break at the most.

This is proabley best something you should watch from someone who knows how to do it correctly. After all the post on this list already since it came up it can be a bit scary. There is a big difference between laying a horse down and throwing them or tripping them to fall.

When we have laid down horses it has been a non-tramatic experience, I have never once been concerned that anyone, horse, or human was at risk, we are not tripping them or throwing them or forcing them. And with out the right knowledge base and timing you could get yourself and your horse in trouble.
