I can attest to the healthful effects of juicing. You can throw anything at all in that machine and out comes a more healthy meal: Pork chops, steak, potatoes, pumpkin pie, even cheesecake. It's so easy to whip up a meal for busy people on the go, like me. Chocolate really gums up the gears, though. Dr Q, world renowned expert on healthy, processed foods.
