[RC] Farriers - Bruce Weary

Well, since everyone has bared their souls about the lengths they have to go to keep a good farrier happy, I guess I can step up to the plate. I can see I'm among friends. Where I live in north central Arizona, good farriers are VERY hard to find. In order to keep our farrier, Brandon, feeling appreciated............... I have to take him dancing once a year. Now, I know what you're thinkin'. But he's on time, catches the horses himself, handles them gently, fixed a quarter crack so my wife's horse could finish Tevis, and our horses stay sound and never throw a shoe.
The down side is, I'm 6'4" and he's 5'10", and he always wants to lead. (I'm used to this, being married to Dayna) Embarrassing? Sure. But I'll tell you what, that sumvagun can tango! Dr Q, world renowned farrier dance instructor
