[RC] Knee injury - Bruce Weary DC

Carla--
Your description is very suspicious of medial meniscus damage and possibly medial collateral ligament strain/tearing. Bite the bullet, see a good orthopedist, likely get an MRI and go from there. It's much better to get attention sooner than later. Ongoing inflammation in the joint causes ongoing damage until it is arrested. Ice, light activity, no exercise or riding (ARRGGH!) until you see the doctor. Don't make me come to your house and put you over my knee. Dr Q
