Take the truck to any good mechanic or dealership
quickly. You have worn front end parts, probably tierod ends, but it may
be other places in the stearing mechanism or alignment issues. Mechanics
see this all of the time, diagnose and fix ,hopefully before something breaks
and puts the truck/car into the ditch.
