[RC] Horse deaths - Laura Hayes

I agree, with Bruce Weary, that the responsibility belongs to the rider, and no one else, and the best we can do is try to educate people- the welfare committee and the very busy education committee has been doing just that, and I believe it is working.

I understand, Jim, that you had a hard time getting any answers a few years ago when the subject of horse deaths first came up, I believe, (not being party to your inquiries) that there where no good records, and no one knew WHAT to say to you- I do not believe that anyone deliberately hid things.  Please don't take that statement as an invitation to a debate- I won't do it.

At any rate, that is in the past--LET'S MOVE FORWARD.

Dr Weary, please contact me personally- I can't read your email address on archives.  Mine is mark @ madbbs . com
