Re: [RC] WEC-USEF - FEI fact check - Truman Prevatt

So this means a two day 160 km format (which can be used now) will not longer be acceptable for a COC? At any rate, assuming the nomination requirements you referred to are passed in final form, the way I read it is a horse with no 100 mile rides can nominate for the WEC, go to the Biltmore and shoot for a 13:20 and they are good to go as far as the USEF and FEI are concerned?

3. FEI requires the horse/rider to qualify for a championship 160km event by completing a 160km ride in a time of 13:20 (rules effective Jan 2006, applicable to the 2006 WEC in Aachen). A horse cannot enter a Championship event unless it has completed one 160km event.
