Re: [RC] Anyone tried Brit Rider boots by Muck boot Co.? - Barbara McCrary

I've ridden the Death Valley ride in the snow while wearing polypropylene socks, and found them quite comfortable. I got mine from Damart, but I don't know whether the company is still in business. They stopped sending me catalogs, but perhaps because I didn't order enough stuff from them. I still have my long-sleeved turtlenecks and my glove liners and my socks from about 22 years ago.

My feet get cold easily and I've found that "Toe Warmers" work really
well. For winter buy boots a half size larger than usual, wear heavy
wool socks and use the Toe Warmers. Wonderful!
