Well, Truman, then have 4) having fun.  We don't get paid for this, after all.
I remember in some long-forgotten argument about something or another at an AERC
Board meeting Matthew Mackay-Smith saying "We do this because it is fun, and if
it ceases to be fun, we shall cease to do it."
