Re: [RC] Wild Animal Encounters - Chris Paus

haha.

At least, there was no teleporting from the Starman today. His HR went way up when he spied those turkeys, but he planted his feet in the ground. yeah! Maybe he's too fat for quick get aways these days, LOL.

We've got about a week more of riding before we have to batten down the hatches for deer hunting season... we've made it through two deer seasons already.,.. bow and arrow and black powder hunting. Dec 1, the rifle season starts, sigh... nothing is safe! I acutally haul up to the city to ride in city parks during hunting season!

I can't believe anyone could be dumped over a Turkey. What is the world
coming to? Oh, wait a minute, I forgot the perfect flip I did between my
horse's ears when we rounded corner and a Turkey flew up in front of my
horse. Thank goodness for our find deep sugar sand ;-) . The old boy
took off the other way - I thought I was going to have to walk a long
way. But he stopped about 100 feet from me turned around and looked at
me to come save him from that "big mean bird."
