RE: [RC] [RC] 3 horse trailer - Nancy Mitts

In an 8 ft trailer even allowing for the dividers you're going to have 30" per horse & that's plenty for most any horse you're going to see at a ride for sure. I saw one that had one or two of the stall a little bigger and one smaller. And, the dividers can be moved or re-positioned. The main drawback is the wheel wells inside that have to be negotiated by the 2 horses in the side stalls. It's not a big deal in a slant because they are in front of and behind the horses. In a straight load they are between the front & hind legs. We borrowed one several years ago. Our seasoned horses had no problem with it, an inexperienced hauler might.
