Hey guys. How about tackling the FEI in its lair. It can be done from 
the ground if you think that it is important enough. And the main 
weapon is the press.  Evil hates the light of day.  Start opening 
windows, get articles in Equus, etc. It will take time but the effect 
is cumulative. No one hears anything about these events other than what 
is written in the press anyway and as we learned from the famous spurs 
incident, when people start talking loudly and publicly, even the FEI 
will notice.

Find out who the bigwigs are. Contact them personally.  This is all 
coasting on inertia.
