The number one half arabian having earned his 25 NATRC NC is 33 year old Elmer's Bandit. My old mare retired from ctr at 25, did 10 rides her 24th year, and now with mild treatable arthritis in one hock is doing some fun driving poker runs and trail and teaching work... Our two don't need special diets just 10%COB and grass hay, they still have all their teeth and good eyesight.
