One of our 4-H leaders went for a ride on her gelding in the mountains last
Oct. They were on their way back to the trailer after a glorious ride, when her
horse started bucking. She was thrown and ended up in the hospital for almost 2
weeks, broken ribs, punchered lung and messed up spleen. She thinks it is
because her gelding passed a Shetland Pony. Go figure.
