[RC] Stallion keeping - L gin

I have a"product" of a young stallion who got along nicely with the two mares in his pasture. Nice 3 yr old arabian, "who the kids preferred to ride, "he said "over the Qh mare" I was buying. She turned out pregnant about 9 months later(I was trying to put wieght on her, just didn't know I was feeding two there for a while (well, it was the first baby for us)......;0)
They "didn't think he was Tall enough to reach her, although he showed a "vague" interest.

The second 'incident" was someone in our saddle club who had horses for years and raised a stallion and bought another. They were fine for a while. One went over the roundpen to get to the mares and impaled himself on a t pole too. (he lived). The other she was sure would be fine as he was raised with a herd---- he hit that 3 -4 year old mark , and left his gelding firedns for the mare pasture. She gelded both and sold one. I was glad as my mare is only about a mile away.....
