I tend to forget the healing properties of anti inflammatories and often when I start feeling better (from an injury perhaps), I stop taking them. Mistake. And it IS better to stay on top of pain because it can get away from you fast and takes longer to control if you don't. I just prefer to get off the "hard" stuff and take the easier stuff when I can. I will keep this in mind as well when I come home! What would you suppose might also help the healing process? I often take big doses of Vitamin E when I have had a particularly stressful ride and am hurting...any other suggestions? Thanks.
