The letter is a "President's Update" dated May 13, 2005.  Anyone can read it at

The only reference to the merits of the case is #4 below.  If that's the most
positive thing he could say about the SA breeders' case, I can only assume he 
must
have a great deal negative to say but can't due to his position.
