Actually, he did say that, only phrased differently. Basically he said
the decision was for the overall good of the registry and now they can
put all of this behind them and move on. I don't recall reading in the
message that it was a "wonderful" decision.

I didn't save the original, but that sure wasn't what I got out of it.  He
was extolling the good that this would do for breeders and for business. 
That isn't the same thing as what we have been discussing.
