Okeydokey, Soooo, you "can" or "cannot" feed your horse while in the vet
line at FEI/AERC rides?

It certainly doesn't have a thing to do with being FEI.  The vets who vet
at FEI rides want your horse to be cared for in an optimum manner, just as
the vets who vet AERC rides do.  In fact, they are often the very same
vets.
