Might want to do that video from the front, back and sides...it gets REALLY interesting watching them wiggle, certainly not anything like a 'regular' horse Smiley emoticon

julie, why dont you just take video of this horse in action to show him?    then, if the horse really is single footing, you can definitely see it.   if it isnt, you will be able to see that too.
i definitely recommend the use of video in order to show/explain how gaited horses move.  a lot of people just cant see it unless it is in slow motion.  many just dont understand what to look for.    a lot of people who think they know what to look for, dont.   video will show it for sure.    cowboy ed
