gee shanna, please forgive me.  i drank too much coffee and had french toast this morning, so i am a bit on edge.   i  think if you keep going like you are going,  precious will be ready for the 25 miler in the fall.    just take it easy when you do that one, ok?   :-)    like libby said,  work on leg strength with hours in the saddle.  sounds like the heart part is probably gonna be ok.  cowboy ed
