I also found that the seat is a bit weird, because there is a layer of
leather that does not come all the way to the cantle, so you can feel the edge
of it under your butt. I put a sheepskin over it, and now it's
OK.
**Maris, that is the part of the saddle that I
really didn't like...I totally didn't understand the function of that padded
seat
piece...it seemed to make the seat of the saddle
even less deep (saddle has already somewhat shallow seat),
with
that seat piece, you are sitting almost at the
top of the cantle.....if you did cover whole saddle with sheepskin...could
that piece be just removed?

prototype; that there was just too much padding and junk between
