[RC] Big Horn response to Truman - Hickory Ridge Arabians

Truman:
The relationship we have established is with the BLM, not the Forest
Service.
This is not to say that we do not have a working relationship with the FS.
We do.

Part of the Big Horn goes through a designated wilderness. Therefore the FS
does not want to put up permanent markers.  At least that is the logic out
there.  We have permanent markers in designated wilderness areas in the
east.
So there may be some wiggle room here on the issue.   I'll bring up the
subject
next week with the FS and see where the discussion takes us.
