[RC] How to pay bills while gone - DreamWeaver

This was the easy part. Sign up for online bill pay, and then pay your bills online from the road. Just stop in at any Flying J (if you have your own laptop), or go to a public library. Lots of banks offer this service for free. You can set up most utilities to be on auto pay, and the others you can have them emailed to you or log in online to check your balances. Believe me, you will enjoy getting to go sit in a nice air conditioned restaurant at flying J (or a library) and spend as much time as you can doing stuff like paying bills, lol. (while you are also doing laundry, ha ha)

The hard part was leaving home behind for 9 weeks. At least this time the trip is only 5 weeks. Hope you have a really great adventure, Laura!

P.S. Laura didn't mention what they must have thought she was going to be doing with all of those batteries she was also (hopefully) buying <G>

The very essence of our sport is doing the trail as quickly as practicable,
while keeping one's horse fit to continue. Taking the clock out of the
equation makes it another sport altogether. The challenge is how to keep
the sport what it is while honing our skills (both as riders and as those
in control roles) in detecting where "the edge" is for each horse so that
we don't cross it. ~ Heidi Smith
