You can order from Uckele a product that is a Se supplement (no vit E) in 50 pound bags. It is 90 mg/lb (or about 5.5 mg/oz) so you don't have to feed much. It is about $6.95 a bag. It's the most economical I have found. Uckele is in Michigan so depending of where you live shipping cost will vary. I perfer to get Vit gel-caps from GNC - that way you don't have to worry about oxidation of the vit E.
