certain fungi glow in the dark.  One term for this is "Foxfire".  I have
seen it in damp MN forests on moonless nights.  It is really neat.  It is
usually dim enough that you have to be in the dark for an hour or so with no
bright lights to see it.  Sometimes your footprints will glow behind you.
