[RC] LD Name Change - April

How about we call Limited Distance rides Mini-Endurance rides? Like
Mini-Marathons.

Then, when I did Mini-Endurance rides, I could call myself a Mini-Endurance
rider. Except in my case, people would probably think I was making a comment on
my own size (I don't measure up to 5' tall).
