Hi Nicole...

I'm not sure I guess how to keep my weight in my lower body when I post...I do 
post low, as others have disussed, so I"m not rising that high or anything.  
But, it is interesting to think more on that subject of keeping my weight down 
even as I"m 'up'.  Thanks, terry

Hi Terry,

As I said, it's something that you really have to be aware of
and paying attention to at first to figure out what you're
doing.  I had it pointed out to me by a fabulous dressage
trainer.  She then had me dismount and we worked on some
exercises on the ground and gave me some non-horse-related
"home work" to work with on my own.  If you can find a really
good dressage trainer, even a couple lessons to work on basics
is well-spent money.  :)
