I, too, have to agree with everything but the lost shoes. Came with four and 
the four are still on the horse.  BUT the horse is still in MD.  My ride blew 
the tranny in her truck about 5 miles out from Fairhill.  She stayed behind to 
tend to the truck and horses and I AmTracked it home to RI.  All in all it was 
a great weekend.

to handle the trail, to hold a speed, deal with hills, etc. It's also where
you develop the "bond" that causes him to "defer" to you before losing his
cool.
