Drug testing at Endurance Rides and New Rules?  Hmmm That is like anything else 
if the rules we have are not enforced what makes anyone think that new rules 
will do any good? Maybe we should also start drug testing the riders. OK, my 
turn to grone. The last ride I was at with my family I passed more then one 
trailer that smelled like Marijuana and I can not remember how many drunks were 
walking around. This is a shame since we use these rides as family vactions and 
every year it seems to get worse and worse with drug users and people walking 
around drunk. What are these rides coming to?
