Re: [RC] Sandhills Stampede -- Lost Horse - Stephanie E CaldwellThe horse was recovered around 11am Sunday with his saddle still under his belly about 200' from where he got loose. The owner's had him back and were thrilled. Not sure if he was hurt, they didn't say anything about taht when I saw them before I headed out. Anyone hear the status of the one that went to Raleigh after falling on the trail? Wondered if he's going to come through sound. The challenge is how to keep the sport what it is while honing our skills (both as riders and as those in control roles) in detecting where "the edge" is for each horse so that we don't cross it. ~ Heidi Smith ridecamp.net information: http://www.endurance.net/ridecamp/ ============================================================
