[RC] Another truck question - Shellace A Williams

I'm getting ready to order a Ford F250. I currently have a 2790lb 12'
steel stock trailer, but eventually would like a 2 horse alum.
gooseneck(not a huge living quarters). I was planning on getting the
standard 5.4 V8 and 6 speed manual. Extended cab long bed, with 4x4. My
mechanic recommended a limited slip rear. The Ford website lists a 373 or
410 rear. Any opinions here, or would it depend on the gear ratios in the
transmission? This will be my only vehicle, I tow 1 or 2 times a week
locally, and tow to rides around 5 times a year, and do about 15000 miles
a year at this point. Land here is flat, but not where we go for
endurance rides (Virginia, etc.). I couldn't believe there are nothing
but automatics at the dealerships here, can't stand the damned things, so
they said we can order a 6 speed. For anyone who wants to know, my
husband's E350 van has the same motor, and we have had no trouble in
95000 miles. He tows and/or carries a load in the van most of the time.
The van has only needed brakes and some kind of sensor.
