There probably have been blister beetles in alfalfa used for pelleting
already.  But pelleting 'kills' the bugs and then they're ground up, heated
and in the pelleting process the heating process for pelleting reaches a 180
degrees and hotter.  Not much 'bug' left by then.....

I am curious what the possibility is of blister beetles getting in alfalfa
being used for pelleting.  Has this ever happened?  Could it happen?  If
not, why not?
