[RC] western fenders - Kris Hazelbaker

I have an old western saddle (Tex Tan) that needs new fenders. Where would
I look for those? I can find English stirrup leathers everywhere, but no
western fenders. I don't really want the whole fender - just the English
equivalent of the leathers, the part that the stirrups actually hang from.
The buckles on the "original equipment" are rubbing my horse's side, and
will leave raw spots if I ride very far. I thought about sheepskin sleeves
to cover them, but I really don't want that kind of bulk under my leg. Any
other suggestions? Maybe a shaped saddle pad that comes down on his side
further? Thanks for any suggestions.
