I would also like to congratulate the riders that took awesome care of their horses at the PAC.


I do not profess to be a veterinarian, nor an experienced, long term endurance rider. I have made no claims as such. What I do claim is that I saw several extremely ill horses at the PAC, along with a horse that died. That concerns me. I am not a member of PETA, and traditionally never post anything on these message boards.

This just happens to be a subject that hit very close home to me. I will continue to train, and hope to race, my horse. I will, however, always keep a very close eye on her. And I too will continue to support changes within this sport that will help to protect animals from the suffering that several of us saw at the PAC.
