Re: [RC] Bylaws Ammendment - Heidi Smith

If we vote to change the by-law ammendment to the way it has been
proposed...to include the resident aliens, things will die down..
.at least for awhile. Then we'll have to start providing ID when
registering, renewing, voting, and riding. Ok, fine, if we want to
add rules and procedures to do that. But we need to think about it
instead of just making patchwork fixes.



If we vote to change it as we should, at least then we HAVE the means in the
bylaws, should we ever NEED to enforce it.
