I think a lot of people are confusing illegal alien with people who have lived 
here for years but happen to hold citizenship in another country.  I can think 
of several just off the top of my head and am sure there are many, many others. 
Do we really want to leave something in that precludes a lifetime member and 
AERC Hall of Fame member from voting.  I think not....mb
