For some reason the AERC made a big screw up on this. I'm sure someone thought there was a good reason to change it in the last bylaws. Myself I would rather see it go back to the way it read in the old by laws - pay you money vote your will. But I can live with the proposed wording. The BOD lived up to its promise to fix it and it's time for the members to live up to their responsibility and vote.
