I use an Aussie saddle and I love it. The "Mickey Mouse ears" as I call them on 
the front of it don't interfere with posting at all. I like that they provide 
an extra brace when doing hill work. One thing I realized after the fact was 
that the billets are larger then English billets so make sure you order the 
girth also if you decide to go with an Aussie saddle.
