Re: [RC] [RC] Wintec Endurance Saddle - A. PerezI have a Wintec Pro Endurance in equisuede, and like it quite a bit. One big plus of a synthetic saddle that I had not anticipated is: no mold! The old leather saddle out in my garage has a nice coat of green fur but my wintec is fine. I have seen some used ones for sale with quite a bit of wear on the seat, so I made a seat cover for mine to help prolong it's life. Another plus is the weight, about 16 lbs, lighter than a comparable leather saddle, which I really appreciate, having a bad back and a 16 hand horse. And of course the price can't be beat. I have not played around with the adjustable gullet yet, nor have I tried riding with the leathers under the flap (which it can be set up for) though I plan to try that one of these days. The only downside is that it does tend to put me in a 'chair seat' - my feet tend to be too far forward ... a problem I have any way, but is emphasized with this saddle. It isn't the end of the world, I just have to work a bit harder to keep my feet under me. ________________________________________________ Get your own "800" number Voicemail, fax, email, and a lot more http://www.ureach.com/reg/tag =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= http://www.endurance.net/ads/seabiscuit.html Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
