Re: [RC] Sport Saddle owners - please reply - SullivanI have personally not seen this. There is a group of 15 ladies in my neighborhood that have ended up with sport saddles after dealing with poor tree saddle fit for years. All are happy they have switched. Since I have long legs, I feel the there is no restriction in the stirrups as far as leg movement. All mine have stirrups moved back, to put my heels under me. I have ridden in them for about 9 years, with no problems. Not done too many 50;s, but a lot of multi-day horse camping. I find my knees start to ache if we only do walking rides. Posting certainly helps. ----- Original Message ----- From: <Merryben@xxxxxxx> To: <ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, March 12, 2003 3:33 PM Subject: Re: [RC] Sport Saddle owners - please reply They can make lumps on the horse's spine I am told. I find that the problem I have is that you can't move your legs. There is no free movement and with my knees, I have to move them occasionally and I am a heavyweight rider with lots of knee surgery, pins, grafts and plates....mb =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
