And sometimes jigging is due to an overload of adreneline.

Last time I did a "gallop jig" was at the Tejon Fandango in a crowd of horses (all of whom were walking) ... in the rain ... on asphalt ... Just *loads* of fun ...

With a chronic jigger it probably has to do with being barn sour. However, there are times I think with it has to do with a horse that is just too well rested for his own good.
