I am not being facetious, and I am not trying to be contentious.? It is 
apparent that many people are dissatisfied with way that the FEI runs 
international endurance competition.
?
For those people who would like to compete in endurance internationally but are 
dissatisfied with what the FEI is doing, what kind of alternative would you 
like?
?
If it can be determined that there is consensus on an alternative that some 
people would prefer, it might be worthwhile to pursue such a concept.
