even more shameful for such behavior from ANY rider or hiker would be inexcusable - but if endurance riders behave like this - SHAME ON YOU! Dogs belong on a leash for a reason. I am just always so exasperated and angry at people who think the rules don't apply to them - they must be SO STINKING special. sheesh! Aside from that, why do people have to take their &^% dogs every freaking where they go anyway? I love our dogs - enough to spend a LOT of time with them, and let them stay HOME when I go places. No one has the right to allow their pets to be an ANNOYANCE let alone a DANGER to others. period.
