[RC] lunging pre-ride - GPgreetings again listers... see there's some good debate on this one... - was it something I said ? :)i do not /would not lunge a) in an unsafe place ... obviously. OR simply to "burn up energy".. That's would be an exercise in futility for everyone from the jump.. It's but one tool in the toolbox i've found to get his attention more on ME rather than the hullabaloo. As with finding what supplements. and other variables work for you... we are ultimately an experiment of one to paraphrase..
