[RC] leg wrap survey - stephanie teeter

Wrapping legs after a ride ... this is one of those things I go back and forth on. I typically don't use any wraps, but then wonder if I should when I see others doing so!

So if you don't mind sharing - what do you folks do for post-ride leg care? ice? poultice? linament? wrap, no wrap?
