No wrap unless a problem, swelling, boo-boo, etc - then usually just ice with a 
wrap to hold it in place.

Thanks for starting this thread, something I wondered about too... I've tried 
this and that liniment and poultice, but never seem to get any results other 
than skin irritation...  :-(
