Re: [RC] re: awards - rides2far@xxxxxxxxP.S. Best Completion award I ever got was a monogrammed jacket for finishing the Tennessee 50 mile Endurance Ride. I was soo overwhelmed at the price of an entry for an endurance ride ($55) but the idea that I would get a jacket was more than I could resist so I entered. Might never have made that step otherwise. Sometimes those of us who have a whole lot of T-shirts underestimate how important it is to someone who just did their first ride. When I design a ride shirt I make sure it has a horse, hopefully the distances listed, and the words "Endurance Ride". That's what I'd want to make sure was on there if it was my first completion.
