Volunteers quit working rides AND somehow that person is still around causeing S*&t cause no one could figure out how to get her out of the club.

This is a perfect example of reaping the seeds we sow. Cowardice by our organizations in dealing with BBRs (badly behaving riders) only yields more trouble.
