[RC] OT - Bruce Weary

One consideration, and it's not a small one, if there were staggered starts, the first horses into the major vet checks would be difficult to track.
There would have to be some fancy math going on all day to figure out what place each horse was in, and by how much. It's enough of a logistical
nightmare the way it is. Additionally, the first horse across the finish line may not be the actual winner. Kinda anti-climactic, and I would think strategically
it would be harder for the leaders since they don't know whether the horse in front of them is, well,..... actually in front of them. I think it's
better if all the horses are on the same clock. Bruce
